Is the costing final?
The cost is open for negotiation and can increase or decrease depending on the specific needs and design of the home.

The package includes architectural design, structural design, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), civil construction, and other services like site inspection, soil test, assisting in plan sanction.
Does buildAhome charge taxes?
Yes, applicable taxes such as GST are charged in addition to the package price.

Additional charges could apply for customizations, and premium materials.
Is there a retention amount?
Yes, retention is included in the project value and given in the payment schedule. There is a specific percentage of amount that can be paid post house warming.

How do I receive a status update about the construction?
You will receive regular updates on the construction progress on the buildAhome App.
You will also receive updates on the WhatsApp group which will include you (the client), the site engineer assigned for your project and every necessary person working on your home.
What is the buildAhome App?
The app allows you to monitor construction progress, receive updates, view designs, and track payments.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we provide one year of construction warranty and 10 year of waterproofing warranty.
What is curing?
Curing is the process of maintaining adequate moisture in concrete to ensure proper hardening and strength.
How long does the process of curing take?
Curing typically takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the weather and the concrete mix used.
Who will select tile, paint & fixtures for my home?
You have the freedom to select tiles, paints, and fixtures, with guidance from buildAhome’s design team.
What type of wires & switches are used?
buildAhome uses high-quality wires and switches typically ISI-certified products. Though the brand name may vary depending on the package chosen.
Why are the steel and concrete lofts not included?
Aesthetically steel and concrete lofts are obsolete, and thereby not included. Often considered optional add-ons, if the clients desires for one.
What will be the grade of cement?
buildAhome uses high-grade cement, usually 43-grade or 53-grade, depending on structural requirements.
